Fun for the Whole Family | Lubbock, TX Upcoming Events
Quailapalooza
On Saturday, children aged 5-12 can enjoy an interactive science experience that is based on the declining population of bobwhite quail. Presented by Texas Tech Quail at the National Ranching Heritage Center, guests can see live bobwhite quail, learn about their habitat, and hear about the ways scientists study this rangeland animal.

Eclipse Viewing Party
On Monday, the total solar eclipse will be visible in parts of the country. Lubbock will experience 90% of the eclipse from 1:35 to 2:54 PM. Take your family to view the eclipse at the Science Spectrum Musuem during its special Eclipse Viewing Party from 10 AM to 2 PM. Eclipse viewing lenses will available for purchase.
